- Process incoming purchase requisitions by floating Request for quotations receive offers from bidders as per the policies to ensure competitiveness , prepare Techno-Commercial evaluation statements , forward to the user departments for their comments and approvals and create purchase orders in SAP in compliance with the technical recommendations
- Participate in purchasing related internal meetings, assist Procurement Officer in making monthly report to the Department Head.
- Assist in reviewing documents and data for the purpose of ensuring completeness and accuracy of purchasing process.
- Assist Officer to undertake the company’s supply chain process to prepare required documents for customs clearance in arabic as required to facilitate customs clearance expeditiously for smoothdelivery of materials.
- Assist the Procurement Officer in tracking the material deliveries and for expediting the pending deliveries Co-ordinate for issue of monthly material receipts, material issue, stock report and movement register.
- Assist Procurement Officer in expanding the Vendor Data base by identifying potential new suppliers; evaluate existing suppliers for effective procurement activities.
- Co ordinate processing of payments and invoices in coordination with Finanance Dept.
- Track/Monitor procurement expenses with respect to the budget and inform other departments and finance.
- Support Operation and QHSE department for wastre management and disposal of waste as per the IMS procedure.
