Responsible for the completion of all commercial/financial related tasks to contribute to the project success.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Commercial management of project`s assigned operations together with the PM/CPM & Station Manager from contract award to handover to customer & completion of all contractual obligations.
• Supporting CPM in preparation of Budget/Forecast, Project handling and Actual Cost Controlling Vs. Planned figures.
• Identify and manage project’s risks and opportunities, as well as cost savings and operational optimizations to be consolidated within overall project portfolio.
• Identify, quantify non contractual obligations scope with the PM, CPM & Station Manger then prepare, submit & negotiate change orders to customer
• Dealing with the customer face to face on daily basis on site and maintaining good relationship as well as securing business continuity.
• Supervising project accounting team (AP, AR and Petty Cash).
• Managing purchasing team activities to fulfill project requirements efficiently as well as ensuring process excellence for the project.
• Managing & supervising warehouse team activities to ensure efficient usage of stock space & complete actual inventory quantities vs. books & records.
• Supervising sub-contractors’ performance to fulfill site facilities day to day needs & requirements.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 7 years of proven experience in the following areas (Project procurement, Project controlling & Business administration)
• Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Commerce (Business administration, Accounting or Engineering with Business administration background)
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Develop and maintain strong relationships and a network across all stakeholders
