Responsibilities
- Receiving customer calls according to our policy
- Commitment to the text agreed upon by the hospital administration during communication with clients.
- Receiving customer inquiries and reservations through communications (outpatient reservations)
- Follow-up of customers after completing the service in the hospital to measure the extent of customer satisfaction and conduct a customer opinion survey
- Ensuring that the service that the client needs are provided.
- Fast response to clients.
- Building a good relationship with customers through communication and understanding of customer needs.
- Participate in developing suggestions to increase hospital occupancy
- Implementation of the marketing and sales policy and all that is required of him in this field
- Assisting customers in solving their problems, in order to increase the percentage of occupancy and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent Communication skills
- Very Good in ms office
- -Max age 30
