The resort also features 22 Food and Beverage outlets, 1,056 sqm ballroom with 8 breakout rooms, a wide variety of recreational facilities, and a spa with 12 treatment villas.

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager focused on the GCC market for our hotel, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share within the GCC region. This role requires a deep understanding of the GCC market dynamics, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to securing and nurturing business opportunities. The Sales Manager - GCC will work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals and enhance the hotel's presence in the region.

As the Sales Manager - GCC, we rely on you to,

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GCC market, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the GCC region.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients in the GCC market.
  • Understand the specific needs and preferences of GCC clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Regularly engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and address any concerns.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and collateral specifically tailored to the preferences of the GCC market.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create materials that resonate with GCC clients.
  • Conduct product familiarization sessions for clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Work closely with revenue management to set competitive pricing strategies for the GCC market.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the GCC region.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and revenue forecasts.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjustment of sales strategies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a focus on the GCC market, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the GCC business culture, travel patterns, and decision-making processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
