- Review and maintain dashboards
- Provide insights to the operation and propose new initiatives to impact the metrics
- Manage backlog and organize meetings to remove blockers with stakeholders
- Collect substantial context from both operations and tech
- Recent Bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
