Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory of PMV stores, including tracking stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and coordinating with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
- Order supplies and materials for the PMV store, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety standards and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and easily accessible.
- Assist customers with their purchases, providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Monitor and report on sales trends, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to drive business growth and optimize store performance.
- Participate in visual merchandising and display setup, creating an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or other members of the management team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as a storekeeper, inventory manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices, including forecasting, purchasing, and control.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
