IIQAF is looking for an experienced Cashier to handle and process our payments in a timely and effective manner. The successful candidate will work closely with our staff and customers to ensure our records are accurate, transactions are processed quickly, and checkout lines are handled efficiently.

- Greet customers and accurately take orders from them.
- Handle cash and other payment instruments, process checkouts, and issue change efficiently.
- Receive payments, provide receipts, and enter transactions into our POS system.
- Count cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor expired items, promotional discounts, and clearance sales.
- Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
- Assist customers with returns or exchanges as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to proper safety protocols.
- At least 1 year of cashier experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Professional demeanor and friendly attitude
