Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.

Job Scope
- Welcoming visitors and solving their problems.
- Managing security and telecommunications systems.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Managing meeting room availability.
- Booking flight tickets, hotel for visitors
- Organizing pick up of the team, when needed
- Supervising the cleaning of office
