As Bellman, working with us entails the following:

• To greet all guests, customers and members either by the Concierge Desk, the Lobby or by the Door.
• To assist guests with their luggage in for both check-in and check-out.
• To escort all guests to their assigned room/suite offering an overall orientation of the hotel facilities and the room key feature.
• To follow property procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g. evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
• To maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
• To report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor
• To follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment.
• To identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
• To protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers.
• To maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
• To ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• To develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.

• Previous experience as Bellman in a luxury hotel
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
