As a Support Services owner you will oversee the support services and working relationships for designated Cerner clients while serving as the primary contact for all client-based support activities. You will be accountable for client satisfaction and service level attainment along with achieving business objectives by cultivating external client relationships, delivering recurring reviews of support metrics to client leadership, and recommending impact strategies. Also, you will be managing client service request escalations and escalate as appropriate, obtain approvals for change requests aligning with the change management process, facilitate and coordinate package management and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve client objectives. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 relevant work experience plus:
- Plus 4 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including;
- At least 2 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT work experience or successful completion of Cerner's Support Services Owner Development Program
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with Cerner Revenue Cycle Solutions
- Fluent in Arabic
Expectations :
- Willing to participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Willing to work 100% from the client site
- Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
