A reputable Electrical Solutions provider company is hiring Automation Engineer, Egypt with the below qualifications:
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineering,
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Automation Engineer organization of an Industrial background or similar role.
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills
• excellent Communications skills
• Excellent presentations and customer handling skills.
• Excellent English.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office is a must.
• Skills in the art of verbal communication and the art of negotiation.
• Bearing work pressure.
• Patient.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare Application notes, presentations, newsletters and internal training sessions to increase sales team technical knowledge.
2. Prepare technical quotations, solution designs and studies for tenders and customer needs to offer efficient solutions or replacements to customers.
3. Resolve service and after-sales requests from customers. Perform remote/on site customer support with priorities for key account customers. And adopt advanced ticketing and task management tools.
4. Provide technical support to indoor and outdoor sales teams and perform site surveys in pre-sales phase whenever needed.
5. Optimize usage of stock items and promote them, and submit forecast items periodically as well.
6. Work to expand sold products range within Siemens A&D, and provide assigned customers with technical support, technical presentations, and pre-sales activities.
7. Work to expand Siemens customers’ base by presenting competitive benefits to new customers.
8. Design, implement, commission and document of all assigned automation projects.
9. Maintain backups for all automation projects and service jobs, including commissioning and service reports, and application notes as well.
10. Provide panel building B.U. with technical support whenever needed.
11. Maintain best technical products knowledge and seek continuous improvement and self- development.
12. Develop and report automation monthly or bi-weekly activity reports.
13. Perform marketing activities for automation projects in coordination with indoor/marketing team.
