A leading company in providing software solutions is looking for a professional sales supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and guiding the sales team to achieve set goals.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for ERP Systems software.
• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs to enhance solutions offered.
• Training the team on sales skills and understanding program details.
• Preparing a sales plan, regular reports on performance and sales.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical software sales, especially ERP Systems.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage a sales team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of ERP Systems and company operations.
• Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
