Job Purpose/Summary:
- To be responsible in managing and collecting all outstanding accounts receivable from clients
- To demonstrate knowledge of various collection techniques
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To manage clients’ delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts
- To plan and strategize course of action to recover outstanding payments
- To contact clients actively and effectively to inform and discuss their overdue payments
- With the approval of the BUMs & GM, To advise clients on payment options, negotiate and come up to a win-win payment settlement method
- To ensure that payment agreements are followed
- To write final notice warnings to customers when payments are not done, and agreements are not fulfilled; to advise and act on legal actions if required.
- To maintain payment records as per the company standard and procedures
- To report on collection status, activities and progress
- To handle payments questions of any; investigate and solve discrepancies in payments
- To work with the Finance, QS and Legal teams; use company tools and perform his tasks as assigned by the manager.
- The applicant is preferably an Arabic Speaker with background in working in the Middle East Region.
