We are looking for an creative and user-oriented UX Expert/UI Designer to join our team!
As a UX Expert/UI Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer pain points are solved in an attractive design, focusing in usability and user-friendliness. Facilitating user interviews with current design thinking approaches, translate this in user journeys and in design principles to achieve the customer and user satisfaction.

Job requirements:
- Master’s degree in design studies, psychology, human factors or similar education
- 5 years of experience in the UX research field
- 3+ years’ experience in design of software products
- Outstanding knowledge of design and design architecture, strong creativity skills
- Broad experience in designing wireframes, user and process flows, mockups, etc.
- Proficient in common design/prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe, Figma, etc
- Strong in customer interaction, very good communication and social skills
- Fluent in English
- Characterized by the ability to analyze, a high level of self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach to work
Job duties and responsibilities
- Develop products that are designed according to the demands of a user
- Design and create innovative and intuitive UX concepts, while using methods such as design thinking, contextual interviews, customer co-creation workshops or comparative analysis
- Translate user needs, workflows and business requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Develop a design and make design decision based on user feedbacks and business goals
- Conceptualize clear and user-friendly applications, from simple prototypes (wireframes), click dummies to finished detailed designs for implementation
- Translate and communicate the result of your work into meaningful deliverables such as personas, storyboards, user journeys, etc.
- Support for the design and implementation of device-independent user interfaces
- Continuously check and optimize your results by using appropriate methods such as usability tests, walkthroughs, etc.
