Multiple DevOps Engineers on behalf of a multinational specialist software vendor, working with high-profile
clients in the Logistics space. We are looking for technically able professionals, who are looking to work within
a collaborative team in our client's Dubai office.
Responsibility:
● Operation of the infrastructure
● Monitoring of Kubernetes Clusters and the infrastructure services provided in the cluster
● Monitoring of the services required for development (GitLab, Artifactory, Conan)
● Tracking of known security gaps in the infrastructure software
● Ensuring 24/7/365 operational support
● 3rd level support for problems with infrastructure
● Integration of products into the infrastructure provided (Kubernetes integration, build pipeline
configuration, problems with Vagrant VMs, ...)
● Ensuring on-call service for emergencies
● Team Development of the infrastructure provided by GFR through updates
● Development of solutions to simplify workflows in the area of development
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a similar course alternatively a
completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with initial work experience.
● Several years of experience in the areas of
○ Kubernetes
○ Ceph
○ Linux
○ IP networks
○ Software development
○ Knowledge of scripting (bash, Python)
