About The Role

The Administrative Assistant, Lost Chambers is responsible for supporting the Lost Chambers Aquarium with various administrative duties that includes generating reports, carrying out trainings, maintains and manages documentation procedures, and ensures high levels of organizational effectiveness.

The Administrative Assistant, Lost Chambers is also responsible for driving the department’s training requirements and works collaboratively with various departments within the organization such as procurement, finance, marketing, and HR.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative role or in a similar capacity. Must be proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), knowledgeable in running operations including management of a diverse team.
