Your job
As an Executive Assistant at Sana Commerce, you are essential for the Global Management Team. You ensure that you are always just one step ahead of them, you have full control over the agendas and you can determine what has priority for the Management Team (MT). Due to the international character of our organization, you do not turn your back to the different time zones in which the MT is active. You know how to organize and coordinate everything down to the last detail and you have a good sense of what is needed.
As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities are:
- Complex agenda management: you manage, organize and monitor various MT agendas (divided over different time zones);
- Arranging travel, booking hotels, making restaurant reservations;
- Organizing (online) internal events (including taking care of the locations);
- Planning, coordinating and structuring the “Scaling-Up” meeting rhythm;
- Providing original gifts for employees, customers and partners;
- Close cooperation with the other Executive Assistant in our HQ, Facility Management, HR and the regional teams.

What you bring along:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business or related;
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar position (including complex agenda management);
- You have excellent command of the English language in word and writing;
- Integrity is of high important to you and you sense important developments in the organization;
- You are detail focused and you can keep an overview in a highly dynamic environment;
- You are always one step ahead of the MT;
- You work in a structured and independent way;
- You can communicate and organize like no other;
