PANDORA UAE is currently seeking a pro-active and results driven Store Manager to join the retail team in Abu Dhabi.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Manage the day to day store operations. Drive sales and KPI performance. Ensure excellent customer service standards in the store at all times. Be responsible for staff training and development. Ensure company standards, policies and procedures are followed. Work in line with Pandora Values.

Key Accountabilities

TEAM MANAGEMENT
  • Effectively delegate necessary tasks to store staff (SA & SUP)
  • Establish and promote a positive and productive working environment to maintain employee morale and motivation in order to minimize staff turnover
  • To manage, guide, motivate and support store staff (SA& SUP)
  • Effectively train new store staff, with the support of the Sales Trainer, on all aspects of their role and in line with Pandora standards
  • Give regular feedback and coaching to store staff to ensure excellent customer service is delivered and to drive the sales and KPI’s
  • Conduct annual appraisals for store staff to establish goals and to give feedback
  • Communicate clearly Pandora Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures to store staff. Regularly follow up to ensure adherence
  • Ensure all store staff have high level of product knowledge by conducting regular training, communicating information about new product ranges and coordinating with Sales Trainer where required
  • Plan and communicate staff rota in order to ensure coverage in the store is as per the needs of the business
  • Monitor staff performance and productivity
  • Ensure that all store team follow company dress code and wearing kit policy
  • Notify RSM or HR Department of any behavior which is against the Pandora Code of Conduct or Policies & Procedures

SALES & KPI PERFORMANCE
  • Actively drive the sales and KPI performance of the store including UPT, Average Basket, conversion, frequency, category performance
  • Positively drive any commercial initiatives or strategies in the store
  • Drive store Identified Transaction rate
  • Ensure excellent customer service levels at all times
  • Deal with customer complaints quickly and effectively in a professional manner and in line with Pandora brand standards
  • Prepare relevant reports and share feedback with relevant departments

STOCK MANAGEMENT
  • Take a proactive approach to minimising stock loss
  • Guarantees correct management of stock inside the store according to guidelines
  • Ensures all procedures are in place to limit stock loss (CCTV, cabinet controls, key controls, correct storage of jewellery at all times etc)
  • Regularly conducts spot checks of inventory and conducts manual adjustments where required
  • Follows correct procedure for receiving delivery and transferring out items
  • Follows correct procedure in event of any delivery discrepancy
  • Prepare for stock take in an effective manner
  • Prepare and share relevant Incident Reports

VISUAL MERCHANDISING & MARKETING
  • Implements POS and merchandising campaigns and the arrangement of the product according to the Pandora guidelines
  • Supervises the regular update of window campaigns
  • Monitors and guarantees a high standard of presentation in the store & maintain cleanliness throughout
  • Collaborates with marketing department where required

LOSS PREVENTION & CASH CONTROLS
  • Monitor and manage the store cash flow and prepare payment reporting
  • Minimises cash discrepancies & takes relevant action (Incident reporting)
  • Follow all loss prevention policies & procedures
  • Keeps confidential information confidential, in particular with respect to: sensitive data relating to the company, staff and customers.
  • Contributes to the protection of corporate assets and the image of the Brand.
  • Ensure compliance for self and team with labour regulations, procedures, and internal policies (hours, rest periods, holidays, behaviour, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with the regulations relating to safety in the workplace.

Professional Qualifications And Technical Skills
  • At least 2 years experience in retail management role
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Good eye for details
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Multitasking and flexible
