About The Position
For our new property Hyatt Regency Erbil Residences, we are looking for Reservation Agent who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the success of the commercial function. Someone who is a natural leader and enjoys the challenge of exceeding the highest standards of guest experience and financial success. He/She will be responsible for dandling all reservation and pre-arrival processes through phone, email, and other channels, while providing exceptional guest service, and responding to guest inquiries relating to reservation details, on-site facilities, or local attractions and achieving key objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality or equivalent;
- Experience in a similar position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - We are looking for someone with a sincere passion for working with others and creating a difference in our workplace
- Fluent in English and Arabic
