Responsibilities :
- L1 and L2 Troubleshooting and problem resolution and within SLA
- Creating and maintaining Requirement Document, Impact Analysis, RCA, and Solution Document.
- Creating and maintaining user manual
- Onboarding of New Users (Supporting Application Training)
- Working with Cross-Functional Teams
- Interaction with Business on related Application Domain
- Maintains current understanding of industry standards, current trends, and industry best practices through other professional networks.
- Coordinates all resources needed to meet business objectives related to software applications.
- Collaborates with business staff to thoroughly understand the software needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.
Qualification :
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant.
Experience :
- 5-7 years experience in similar position.
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
- English & Arabic written and speaking.
- Excellent customer interaction attitude and behavior
- Thorough knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment.
