The role holder is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers by responding to their queries in an effective and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver high quality customer service by answering customer enquiries promptly and politely with accurate and complete information and redirect them to appropriate individuals.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, outlining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, asking questions to confirm or clarify information and handling irate clients.
- Inform and advise the customer about drug interactions, adverse effects, dosage, and appropriate medication storage.
- Ensures understanding the customer’s needs by conducting necessary questioning and providing assistance when necessary.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Resolve client concerns to their satisfaction within the defined authority limits and escalate more complicated issues to responsible individuals when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and developments to company's procedures and new policies.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- License from: Dubai Health Authority
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a registered pharmacist in UAE.
- Language skills
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (Mandatory)
