- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the CEO.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Accurately track expenses for CEO by managing credit cards and receipts.
- Maintain physical and electronic office filing systems for CEO.
- Manage personal petty cash.
- Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a record database.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/Management.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in the field.
