This position will be conducted in a from-home structure (remotely).
Job Description
The business development contact agent will be the liaison between our company and its potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for creating an effective outreach to international prospects, solving consultations and inquiries, and lead generation while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
· Manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls and emails in a timely manner
· Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
· Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative objectives
· Report on KPIs and metrics in a timely, organized, and efficient manner
Requirements
· English proficiency
· Contact Agent should be at least 20 years old and present a copy of the ID
· Previous experience in a customer support role desired
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices desired
· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
· Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
· College degree or some college education from an accredited university, Being a Law Graduate is a plus.
