OVERVIEW OF THE JOB The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing personal administrative support and assistance to the department director. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents Design and maintain database File and retrieve documents and reference materials Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements Arrange and coordinate meetings and events Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications Answer and manage incoming calls Receive and interact with incoming visitors Liaise with internal staff at all levels Interact with external clients Coordinate project-based work Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary Supervise, coach and train lower level staff Skills Qualifications Essential Secretarial Qualifications Desirable Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field Qatari National Required Experience Over 1 year of experience in a similar role Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately Good Microsoft Office Skills Excellent oral and written communications skills Languages English and Arabic are required
