This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you get to be a key player in providing critical insight and managing technical support with finance and business operating systems.

As the Business Analyst, you will develop an understanding of relevant business areas and recommend solutions on internal processes and IT systems. You will be responsible for facilitating meetings and presentations across business units, including IT, Finance, Pension Administration, and Payroll, sharing ideas and reports on creating and improving workflows. Confident in your technical abilities, you will troubleshoot system errors and issues as they arise to identify root causes, fixes, and support testing and deployment while documenting all procedures.

Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, managing documentation, mapping, and process modelling.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an MBA.
  • Ability to meet with stakeholders and understand business needs while advising and configuring workflow processes and technical systems.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with financial and business operating systems such as MS Dynamics 365, Workiva, Payworks, and PowerBI.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes, communicating complex technical information in a condensed manner verbally and in writing.
  • Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation, business requirements summaries, and training material.
  • Experience performing user acceptance testing and creating test cases in collaboration with functional SMEs to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
