Manage the facilities and administrative services for the organisation's locations in the eastern region. Oversee maintenance, project management, procurement and other facility-related functions to ensure operations run efficiently and workplace objectives are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance at eastern region locations
• Oversee contractors and vendors providing facility-related services
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for eastern region facilities
• Manage facility projects involving repairs, renovations and office expansions
• Source, evaluate and procure facility-related supplies, equipment and services
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations
• Address facility-related issues and requests from site managers and staff
• Recommend strategies to improve facility efficiency, optimize costs and enhance workplace experience
• Prepare and present reports on eastern region facility operations and performance metrics
• Develop and implement emergency plans and business continuity procedures for facilities
• Stay up to date on facility technologies, best practices and sustainability initiatives
• Represent the organisation in meetings with landlords, municipal officials and vendors
• Mentor and develop the performance of facility managers reporting to you
