Our client one of the largest Real Estate Developers based in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire Associate Director - Residential join their dynamic team in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of the Residential marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to achieve sales / leasing objectives across Residential assets. Key Requirements: 10-15 years of Marketing experience in real estate or development 360 marketing experience Current experience at a tier 1 developer Willing to relocate to KSA Must have experience managing stakeholders Involvement in Major/luxury projects is a plus
