Responsibilities
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams in an Administrative role.
- 1 year of experience working in direct executive support.
- Experience with calendar management over international timezones, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across people and job functions.
- Ability to demonstrate complete confidentiality on all business matters.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Execute administrative tasks with minimal supervision (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, Executive expense management, event and budget management).
- Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization.
- Organize committee in Admin community activities within the organization or office.
- Understand internal systems/policies and maintain confidentiality.
