Role Summary
- The Commercial Lead is part of executing the commercial strategy.
- Establish relationships with key accounts.
- Work on establishing standards and guidelines for Sales, including pricing & products.
- Provide input for decision making and overall terminal strategy.
- Work on marketing plans to establish the commercial objectives.
- Work on establishing NEOM positive market position and increasing customer loyalty.
- Work on establishing the ideal Customer Journey – should be quantifiable and actionable.
- Implement processes and technology as a part of improving our customer journey ambitions. With an end-goal of achieving world-class smart digital port status.
- Coordinate customer issues within the organization and maintain a single-point customer contact.
- Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
- We expect that you have a degree in logistics, engineering, finance, economics, business or similar and that you have a strong commercial and technical mindset. You have demonstrated your abilities to understand commercial and technical dynamics in projects of high complexity in your previous experience.
