The successful candidate will be required to work with the Administration team to develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of administration. This will be via on the job training.


We are looking for someone who is a team player, outgoing, able to prioritise workload, a fast learner and able to work well under pressure. You should have good computer skills including Excel and Word and an excellent telephone manner.

Description


This position will include the following duties:-


  • Data planning for Billable works, inputting, photocopying and filing
  • Dealing promptly with internal and external post and emails
  • Dealing with queries, both face to face and via the telephone
  • Maintaining filing systems in line with Company policies and procedures
  • Collating information for reports
  • Assisting in booking external training courses
  • Attend and take part in team meetings
