About The Company
- Part time /Temp Role - 30hrs, 5 days per week
- Temporary Role - but has no end date! Work alongside some staff which have been in their Temp role for over 5 years!
- 7am start to 1pm
- As an integral part of the team, the role involves the full spectrum of office management and administrative duties
- In a busy environment, the right person will be able to coordinate other parts of the business to create a cohesive team
- Be a great communicator with supervisors and colleagues
- Become part of a team that develops their skills and prospers together
- Immediate start for the right person
- Accounts Receivable/Payable and Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- Managing Customer enquiries
- Maintain Office, Store & Staff supplies
- Produce End of Period Reports
- Debt Collection
- Processing Weekly/Monthly Customer Statements
- Formalising staff time periods
- Cash Handling and Banking
- Assist with various other Administration Tasks
- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Working Environment
- Customer focused
- Relationship Management with Customers and Suppliers
- Handle taking instructions from several Managers
- Able to handle stress and keep calm in a demanding work environment
- Multi-tasking and learning to prioritise tasks
- Using initiative and have self-motivation always with the final result in mind
- Possess the necessity and commitment to maintain Confidentiality
- Detailed knowledge of MS Word & Excel and Outlook
- Great Organisational and Time Management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with a positive attitude
