Account Payable Accountant

To meet the needs of our constantly growing company, we are looking for an Account Payable Accountant.

Our Accounting department has the mission to ensure the bookkeeping and the posting of the financial flows such as invoices, expense reports or client billing.

The analysis and development of the internal controls provides continuous transparency and facilitates the flow of information between Global Jet and our partners.

In this function you will be in charge for the following tasks:

• Ensure control, booking and payment of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Reconciliation between supplier's statements and accounting
• Prepare analysis of AP accounts
• Assist the accounting manager in executing any work in relation with annual/quarterly closing
• Manage weekly cashflow forecast
