About The Role

What You'll Do
- Being aware of the importance and implications of customer feedback
- Responsiveness to customer needs and you go above and beyond to address their requests
- You are responsible for daily actioning/tracking of captain/customer experience goals
- Make straightforward decisions based on predefined options using clear criteria/procedures.
- Deal with exceptions within established parameters using clearly specified rules and procedures.
- Must be a strong team player.
- You encourage the team to develop and apply their skills.
- You suggest ways of improving performance and competence.
- 1-2 years of experience in the industry with a strong passion and desire to grow quickly and learn
- Demonstrate proactivity and have no qualms working in fast paced, high pressure and ambiguous environment where things change constantly and agility is required
- Understand the nature of the business; how the different departments function both in their own right and as part of the organization
- Understand the requirements of the users (Customer, Captain, Merchant by looking at the data and propose possible solutions
- Even though we are working remotely, we are strong believers in collaboration and the power of building social connections with our teams. For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
- You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
