Experience

• All candidates must have previous 5 star work experience, either in a Hotel, Restaurant, Cruise Ship, Airlines, or Villas / Camps of a very high standard.
• High standard of personal grooming required

The Deal

• Salary dependent on position and experience
• Salary is Tax Free
• Free accommodation (shared for lower level positions, own room for higher positions)

Requirements

High Standard of Grooming

5* work experience

Knowledge of multiple cuisines

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation practices

Knowledge of menu planning and food cost control

Ability to lift and carry heavy items

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
