ABOUT THE ROLE

Optimize the sale of Yassir products by developing the corporate customer portfolio in the sector;
Ensure the development and management of its customer portfolio.

TASKS

  • Promote the company's services and contribute to the development of its brand awareness,
  • Develop a portfolio of prospects,
  • Analyze and understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions in coordination with the manager,
  • Manage customer portfolio in compliance with procedures,
  • Onboard new customers and train them on the application;
  • Develop sales proposals in line with company policy,
  • Participate in achieving business objectives and increasing sales.
  • Meet variable targets set by line manager and management,
  • Pass on invoices to customers on time,
  • Monitor collection of unpaid invoices from the customer portfolio in collaboration with the Back-office Supervisor,

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma and/or training in Commerce - Marketing -;
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques;
  • Excellent knowledge of negotiation techniques;
  • Computer skills;
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to listen, rigor and integrity;
  • Sense of confidentiality
