Line of Service
- Develop, review & refine targeted recruitment strategy for Managed Services including a differentiated approach for junior/ entry-level hires
- Advise on Talent Attraction / Marketing requirements to build candidate brand awareness in the relevant market (Jordan/ KSA etc.)
- Consult with PwC internal stakeholders to align and sign off on agreed Managed Services Recruitment Strategy
- Oversee the execution of all Managed Services related recruitment activities, events, and communications
- Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders regularly to understand and meet the Business’s evolving recruitment needs
- Manage a portfolio of assigned requisitions to recruit against.
- Conduct robust in depth briefing meetings to ascertain key job responsibilities, person profile, recruitment process, hiring timelines and recruitment strategy
- Identify, screen, assess and manage and appropriate number of candidates through a recruitment process in alignment with PwC’s standard recruitment practices
- Conduct effective stakeholder management, communication and updating for open requisitions and candidate progress status
- Manage and escalate risks in a timely manner to key stakeholders
- Conduct effective candidate management and communication against their progress including timely disposition messaging if needed
- Maintain accurate records for candidates and requisition progress across relevant platforms including IFS Tracker and Workday
- Work effectively in team and cross teams (TA, Onboarding, Sourcing, Finance, IT and any others as necessary) to ensure smooth onboarding and experience for candidates
- Proactively pipeline relevant talent to the Managed Services team
- Identify opportunities to improve the Managed Services recruitment process for subsequent recruitment waves

- Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in HR or Business Management / Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in talent acquisition or equivalent with a leading firm, preferably in the Middle East region
