Summary:
Join the Jordan Commercial Bank team as a Personal Banker, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and financial solutions. As a customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, provide expert financial guidance, and contribute to the growth and success of our Bank.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
Account Management: Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and account maintenance.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the bank's products and services, educating clients and promoting relevant offerings.
Financial Consultation: Offer financial advice and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all transactions.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and bank goals.
Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting or any related field.- Previous customer service experience in a banking or financial institution is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English writing and speaking.- Basic computer proficiency.
Excellent communication skills.- Excellent selling / promoting skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
