Business Operations Associate

Responsibilities Coordinate with TZ lead, Pod Leads, and Business Manager to identify needs and submit vendor resource requests Oversee SOW and PO creation across various regions / countries, ensuring efficiency and compliance across a complex, global landscape Work closely with internal Microsoft partner delivery groups to find skilled candidates within set rates Responsible for the end-to-end process of individual vendor resources with a commitment to data accuracy, operational efficiency and excellence Monthly invoice review and approval to ensure Supplier billing is accurate and timely Assist with Cost Center review and maintenance Miscellaneous support for VDM Lead, TZ Leads, Pod Leads, and Business Manager (examples include reporting, tracking, projects) Build trusted partnerships with internal groups and external suppliers to enable great experiences and ensure open channels of communication and operational excellence Qualifications Proven experience in the tech industry Proven experience in business support / operations management Proficiency with Microsoft internal tools and reporting Medium to Advanced Excel Skill Proactive, growth mindset individual who is self-directed, organized, and dependable Experience in collaborating with expanded stakeholders and partners Open, confident communicator, effective engagement at all levels of the company High personal accountability and proven team collaboration capabilities Demonstrate high level of executive maturity and trust Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
