Doka Qatar is looking to appoint an enthusiastic HR & Administration Generalist to join our office in Mesaieed who will be responsible for Payroll, general HR coordination, and all the administrative processes of the Company. We are looking for an approachable and detail-oriented HR Coordinator who is happy to be the first point of contact for all employee inquiries and who has solid experience in local rules and regulations. The position reports to the Head of Finance & Controlling in Qatar with a functional reporting line to the Head of HR Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific.

Job Description
- Drive recruitment, selection, and onboarding process
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers/ supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate internal or external partners
- Apply for, renew, and cancel employment / resident visas and visit visas
- Perform all payroll requirements (SAP)
- Maintain an accurate SAP HR database (hard and soft copies) including leave and attendance.
- Prepare letters, certificates, memos, and reports
- Coordinate with internal and external partners for Health Insurance and legally required insurance processes
- Be the first point of contact for employees for all HR & engagement topics
- Play an active part in the Area HR network to enhance collaboration, best practice exchange, and learning opportunities.
- Take the lead for the Qatar organization to implement global or Area HR projects, policies and rollouts
- Maintain performance and talent management, as well as training and development together with country management.
We are looking for a proactive person with a strong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality as well as the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in Qatar
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- SAP HR Module and Smart Recruiters knowledge are a plus
- A strong team player with a solution-oriented attitude
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
