Responsibilities:
As an HR Assistant Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
Learning and utilizing HR management tools, including Zoho Recruit and Zoho Forms.
Managing employee data and records on platforms like Google Sheets.
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
Assisting in various HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program in Human Resources or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR tools and platforms is a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
