Key Accountabilities & Activities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks, document findings, and communicate any discrepancies or areas for improvement to the CAPEX Control Manager.
- Collaborate with the CAPEX Control Manager to develop, implement, and refine quality control procedures and standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that quality control processes meet and exceed these expectations.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of quality control processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in quality control processes.
- Effective oversight and management of quality control processes that uphold Sindalah's ultra-luxury standards.
- Successful identification and mitigation of quality issues, contributing to Sindalah's operational excellence.
- Positive engagement and feedback from stakeholders regarding quality control initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing quality control processes within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in leveraging technology to enhance quality control processes.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in quality control or a related field are preferred.
