Overview
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery across Sindalah's facilities management operations.
- Lead and develop the quality assurance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations, ensuring that quality assurance initiatives meet and exceed these expectations.
- Collaborate with the Technical Services Senior Manager and other relevant managers to align quality assurance strategies with Sindalah’s operational goals and NEOM's vision.
- Employ cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance processes.
- Achievement and maintenance of high-quality standards across facilities management operations.
- Effective leadership and development of a high-performing quality assurance team.
- Positive stakeholder engagement and feedback regarding quality standards.
- Successful integration of technology and best practices in quality assurance processes.
- Proven experience in managing quality assurance within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Experience in leveraging technology to enhance quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of relevant quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in quality management are preferred.
