Hikma is seeking a Business Operations Officer in the Marketing Department to support Project Management and operations, spanning from product agreement initiation to commercial launch.
This role involves engaging with different teams such as regulatory affairs, technical , financial, pricing, marketing, and operational teams through internal and external communication, with the goal of efficiently accessing target markets. The role involves providing support to planning, scheduling, and controlling project activities, aligning tactics with project strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Provide support in Identifying risks and contingency plans related to the project progress and timelines
- Help in building and implementing the most optimal business models for process flow, operations, supply, demand, in alignment with regulatory, finance, and other stakeholders requirements and strategy
- Provide support in leading the launch readiness and follow up meetings and needed actions with internal and external stakeholders
- Revise agreements in terms of business models, commercial, and supply terms, and decide on the best terms to be agreed with the partners
- Build and update monthly rolling forecasts (supply and demand) for the existing products, new launches, and align with internal, external stakeholders
- Provide support in evaluating project’s financials to assure profitability throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks and contingency plans related to the project progress and timelines
- Support the Corporate and Local teams in the product pre-registration, pre-launch & post-launch activities
- Support the RA, operational and supply chain in the submission and analysis phase
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business sciences or any related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis
- Project management experience
- Experience in Biotechnology is a plus
