- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
- Responsible for PCs, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PCs software.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- BA in Computer Science or related.
- 3 years plus experience in IT and technical support.
- A technical, logical thought process.
- Problem-solving skills.
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail.
- General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management.
- Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
- Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile.
- Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
