HR Assistant at Gemography
We’re looking for a talented HR assistant to support the Talent Management teams at Gemography. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays focused when priorities shift.
What you'll be doing
- Be the central point of contact with a community of technical recruiters; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews.
- Understand our top-line hiring priorities and objectives to help our teams triage candidates through the interview process appropriately.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure candidates have a streamlined and seamless interview process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies.
- Collaborate with recruiters on special projects including interview training, sourcing for high priority roles, and making improvements to our overall recruiting process.
- Provide general support to the CTO and the Talent Management team.
About you
- You have 4+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or equivalent
- You’re a self-starter and love to work autonomously.
- You are comfortable working independently and being a part of a hyper-growth startup.
- You’re able to identify gaps and streamline processes with little or no guidance from others.
- You’re able to juggle multiple responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times.
- You have excellent communication, research, organizational, and analytical skills.
- You have strong writing and editing abilities.
- You are highly organized with an orientation towards customer service that prioritizes timely, clear, thoughtful, and respectful responses to stakeholders from all backgrounds.
- You are comfortable working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals.
- You can communicate effectively in French and English.
