Job Description
- Assist & welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Prepare & submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Assist human resources processes by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
- Assist & maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Assist in driving the learning agenda
- Ensure that all employees are up to date with company policies. Support to all questions regarding to policies & procedures.
- Assemble & maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Conduct & complete exit interviews
- Support with Engagement Activities.
- Prepare Job Offers & Contracts for new hires.
- Prepare internal Communication
- Prepare HR letters
Academic Background
- University degree
Desirable requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Experience
- 1 year experience working in the HR department
