Responsibilities

Performs customer request/problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly. - Documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfers call or promptly notifies responsible party for resolution - Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements - May complete and resolve non-call customer contact requests received by mail, web or email

Technical Qualifications

2 + years IT Support : Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services

Techno-Functional Skills

Project Management experience is a plus.

Other Qualifications:

Excellent Analytical skills

Strong English written/verbal communications

Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment

Willing to travel to customer sites on a regular basis

Self-driven, ability to work under minimal supervision
