Role Purpose
- The Technology Specialist s initial focus will be on the end to end customer journey and used expdrience for Visitor PAss, as well as supporting on other related foucs projects.
- Key responsibilities include communcating and collaborating with the design and build teams, engineering, sector stakeholders and senior management teams.
- Regularly and accurately report the status of focus projects to Program Manager.
- Work with designers and the Hotel team to develop and analyze specifications, servive levels, and performance indicators to manager, define, and deliver solutions.
- Ensure handover is supported, monitored, effective and efficient.
- Manager knowledhe transfer with the run teams
- Ideally 2+ years of experience.
- Experience working with cutting edge technology solutions.
- Curious; collaborative problem solver; fearlessly original with a future-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working in a modern professional environment with a range of stakeholders.
- WEB 5, decentralized identity and hotel customer journey experience a plus.
- Relevant hospitality technology degree from a globally recognized university.
