About The Role
We are seeking a Motion Designer with Paid Marketing Experience to join our team. The Motion Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics and video content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. You will work closely with our Paid Media team to develop and execute creatives that drive engagement and conversions.

What you’ll do
- Design and produce engaging videos and motion graphics content for various platforms, including social media, email, and websites
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with business objectives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and convey complex ideas visually
- Optimize video content for performance using paid marketing techniques and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in motion graphics design, video editing, and production
- Proven experience with paid marketing techniques and analytics to optimize video content for performance
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and technical skills
