ArchiPro is an online platform for design and architecture, connecting homeowners, products and professionals for all things design and build, and we are looking for a proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team.


This role is an entry level role and would ideally suit someone who may be working towards their CA, with a couple of years work experience. As Accounts Administrator you are a key member of our Finance team. Your primary goal is to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations, supporting the Sales teams to reduce outstanding debtors, and support management decisions through robust financial reporting.

About The Role


The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Finance team delivering day-to-day operational financial tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting, including working with our third party Finance team.


Responsibilities include:


  • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions. This includes daily bank reconciliation for all regions
  • Accounts Payable & Receivables - Payable will involve managing the accounts inbox, invoice management, through to daily bank reconciliations, record keeping and expense claims; and Receivables will involve timely reconciliations and managing overdue debtors
  • Invoice management between HubSpot, Xero and ApprovalMax
  • Communicating with and supporting the Sales team with debtors collection including supporting accounting inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients
  • Prepare weekly debtors reports for management and team members
  • Process employee expense reports and reimbursements
  • Assist with various other accounting and finance projects as needed
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies


Requirements


  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Drive, and accounting software
  • Ability to work collaboratively, with offsite team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
