About ArchiPro
- Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions. This includes daily bank reconciliation for all regions
- Accounts Payable & Receivables - Payable will involve managing the accounts inbox, invoice management, through to daily bank reconciliations, record keeping and expense claims; and Receivables will involve timely reconciliations and managing overdue debtors
- Invoice management between HubSpot, Xero and ApprovalMax
- Communicating with and supporting the Sales team with debtors collection including supporting accounting inquiries from internal stakeholders and external vendors/clients
- Prepare weekly debtors reports for management and team members
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Assist with various other accounting and finance projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
- Proven experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G Drive, and accounting software
- Ability to work collaboratively, with offsite team members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
